iPlot is a shared, reviewed record for Nigerian real estate, built plot by plot, not just estate by estate. Estate owners register their estates, map out individual plots, and get reviewed before anything goes live. Anyone can then search a plot, see its basic details for free, and unlock its full ownership history and documents for a small fee. iPlot isn't a marketplace and it doesn't sell land. It's the record you check before you commit to a plot, and the record an estate owner can point to as proof.
